Supply Chain Manager
Miejsce pracy: Gliwice
Responsibilities:
- Builds the supply chain capabilities (process, organization, tools, team),
- Ensures excellent delivery service to manufacturing for raw materials and intermediates, and to customers of the plant for finished products,
- Minimizes inventory capital (raw materials, WIP & finished products) through optimized planning processes,
- Develops and implements an integrated planning strategy, covering finished products planning intermediates planning and raw material planning,
- Closely collaborates with internal customers of the plant as to render internal demand transparent and smoothen variations,
- Transport planning,
- Ensures coaching, development and appraisal of his/her team, holding regular meetings with staff.
Requirements:
- University background, i.e. M. Sc./Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain,
- Experienced in managing an ERP implementation,
- Preferably big plant & multi-plant supply chain experience,
- Multinational and multicultural experience,
- People management,
- Knowledge of integrated supply chain from” order taking over planning to delivery”,
- Knowledge of all levels of planning from S&OP, MPS, Detailed Scheduling,
- Capability of designing new supply chain processes and building the capabilities and responsibilities around it,
- Lean expertise,
- Planning expertise in similar, multisite environment,
- APICS certification,
- Knowledge of VMI and consignment techniques,
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish, English,
- German will be an would be an advantage,
- Heavy Industry Logistics & Supply Chain experience would be an advantage.
