For our Client, global production company, we are looking for a person for the positon of:
Buyer
Location: Oświęcim
Responsibilities:
- Recognition and analysis the market of raw materials – global scale
- Searches for new suppliers
- Carries out tendering actions
- Conducts trade negotiations within the scope specified by the superior and generates optimal supply structures
- Development and recommedation of purchasing structure (number of suppliers, share of contract purchases vs spot, duration of the transaction, etc.)
- Calculation and accuracy of prices as per formulas
- Creates non-standard contracts to the extent specified by the superior
- Creates and management commercial documentation
- Supervises the proper and timely execution of duties and powers under the provisions of long-term contracts
- Prepares procurement recommendation
Requirements:
- University degree education
- Experience on commercail position – more than 3 years
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to conduct business correspondence in Polish and English Language
- Ability to conduct conversation using commercial vocabulary (English Language)
- Driving licence
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Creativity

- Mobility (business travels up to 10% of working time)
