IT Application Support Analyst

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Responsibilities:

• IT Application Support Analyst required to support existing range of IT applications and services delivering automation between many different technologies. The role will involve investigating errors, resolving user issues via helpdesk tickets and some design and testing of new solutions.
• Day to day contact with users across the Europe helping with training and clarification of Standard Business Processes.
• Helpdesk support of users across multiple sites in Europe.
• Training users including creating documentation.
• Providing clarification on Standard Business Process.
• Escalating issues and providing documentation for new development requests.

Requirements:
• SAP Business One experience
• Fluent in written/spoken English
• Experience supporting ERP platform
• Good working knowledge of SQL
• Good understanding of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes
• Experience using/supporting SAP Business One (SAP-B1)
• Experience using/supporting Tradeshift Electronic Invoicing platform
• Understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes
• Understanding of Record to Report (R2R) processes
